Harry Mannion, 28, has been jailed for five years for the manslaughter of Tony Powles, 62, following a dispute at a Wakefield pub over a phone charger. Mannion punched Mr Powles while he was being restrained, causing him to fall and suffer a catastrophic brain injury; he died in hospital 13 days later.
