David Nutall, aged 38 from Rotherham, is wanted on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and theft of a motor vehicle. He is believed to have driven a blue Kia Proceed the wrong way on the northbound carriageway near junction 41 on 11 September at 23:00 BST, colliding with a red Dacia Sandero. A man in his 20s was hospitalised with serious injuries. Three people—an 18-year-old man, a 15-year-old girl and a 30-year-old woman—were arrested at the scene and have been bailed pending further inquiries.
