Sunrisers Leeds secured their first victory of the 2026 Hundred men’s competition, beating Southern Brave by five runs at Headingley. Mitchell Marsh’s aggressive innings set up the home side’s total, while late disciplined bowling held off a strong Brave chase and left the visitors winless after two matches.

Marsh made 69 from 34 balls, reaching fifty from 26, as Sunrisers posted 187-5 after being put in to bat; Dan Lawrence added a 24-ball half-century. Southern Brave reached 182-5, led by Ben McKinney’s 44 from 23 and Tristan Stubbs’ unbeaten 43 from 20, but Nathan Ellis and Brydon Carse restricted them in the closing stages.
