Martin Garrix Recruits Madonna, U2 & Ed Sheeran for Debut Pop Album ‘MARTY’: Here’s When It Arrives
Martin Garrix has announced MARTY, his first pop album, due on 5 March 2027 through STMPD Records and Darkroom Records. The 14-track release marks a new step for the Dutch DJ, who will sing on the project and frames it as a story about growth, life’s different chapters and the lasting effects of the energy people share.
The album takes its name from Garrix’s early DJ alias, DJ Marty, and opens with “Catharina”, a tribute to his mother. Madonna, U2, Ed Sheeran and Aitana are among its collaborators; the announcement follows recent releases with Sheeran and U2, while “This Dream of You” is its latest single. Garrix has had six Billboard Hot 100 entries, including “Animals”, which reached No. 21.
