The episode sees Sarandon and Scorsese step in to mediate an escalating online feud between Robbins and Scorsese's daughter, Francesca, after an earlier sketch depicted her blowing up his car, but their intervention only makes matters worse for Robbins.

In the sketch, Francesca produces a taser and threatens Robbins, prompting Scorsese to dryly warn her that "taser pretty, but taser ouchie" rather than intervene, while Sarandon coaxes a half-hearted compliment about Robbins's height from Francesca. Robbins told Variety the collaboration began after he showed Scorsese one of his sketches, and the director immediately agreed to appear, with Robbins praising both stars' comic timing and improvisation, including an ad-libbed line from his mother about his eyebrows.
