Sony and Arc System Works have announced Phoenix Cyclops as the first post-launch DLC fighter for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls. Due in autumn 2026, the character is based on Cyclops’s Phoenix Five incarnation and adds a cosmic-powered variation of the X-Men leader to the game’s roster.

Phoenix Cyclops will be voiced by Ray Chase and is expected to use Optic Blasts, close-combat skills and Phoenix Force abilities, although gameplay details have not yet been revealed. He is the first of four planned Year 1 DLC characters; access requires the Year 1 Characters and Stage Pass, included with the Digital Deluxe and Ultimate editions and likely to be sold separately after the game launches next month.
