The 1975 frontman Matty Healy marked his upcoming wedding to model Gabbriette Bechtel by performing with a tribute act at his bachelor party in Malibu, California. Fan-shared footage shows Healy joining cover band 9075 on stage, singing his own songs alongside a look-alike frontman, in an unconventional twist on the traditional stag do.

In one clip, Healy performs "The Sound" from 2016's I Like It When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of It, before inviting the tribute act's Healy impersonator to share the stage. In another, real-life bandmate George Daniel joins him as he crowd-surfs to "Sex" from The 1975's 2013 debut album. A spokesperson confirmed the footage was from the bachelor party; Healy, 37, and Bechtel, 28, have not announced a wedding date since their June 2024 engagement.
