MAZZEL Scores First Japan Hot 100 No. 1 With ‘Touch,’ Naniwa Danshi’s ‘Moonlit’ Follows

MAZZEL’s “Touch” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, giving the group its first chart-topper. The result reflects strong performance across several measures, despite the song ranking third in physical sales.

Released on 21 October, “Touch” sold 120,498 copies and ranked second in both radio airplay and downloads, with 9,264 downloads. Naniwa Danshi’s “Moonlit” entered at No. 2 after selling 407,879 copies and leading downloads with 15,153; Lienel’s “Ai no Dabada” rose 38 places to No. 3, selling 358,532 copies. The chart combines sales, streams, radio, video views and karaoke data.
