Meshuggah members Tomas Haake and Mårten Hagström will make a special appearance at San Diego Comic-Con, signing for fans at the Reigning Phoenix Music/Stern Pinball booth on Friday 24 July at 3.30pm. The event coincides with the unveiling of a limited-edition Meshuggah x Hasbro's Transformers t-shirt, marking 40 years of "The Transformers: The Movie" and 30 years of the band's album "Destroy Erase Improve", tying together two influential names in music and pop culture.

The design, illustrated by veteran Transformers and G.I. Joe artist Ken Christiansen, draws on Megatron's destruction and rebirth as Galvatron in the 1986 film, a narrative the band says mirrors their album title. Reigning Phoenix Music will also mark the anniversary with Comic-Con-exclusive splatter vinyl variants of "Destroy Erase Improve" and "Catch Thirtythree", alongside the merchandise available at booth #4029, with all items limited while stocks last.
