Meta Golding Joins ‘Memory Of A Killer’ As Season 2 Series Regular, Playing Someone From Angelo’s Past

Deadline · 4 hours ago

Meta Golding has been cast as a series regular in Season 2 of Fox's "Memory of a Killer," joining star Patrick Dempsey in a one-year deal. The show, based on the book and 2003 Belgian film "De Zaak Alzheimer," follows Dempsey's character Angelo Flannery/Doyle, who leads a dangerous double life while secretly losing his memory; Golding's casting adds a significant new figure from his past to the drama.

Golding will play Mel, a Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist and Angelo's childhood sweetheart, whose romance with him was cut short by his tragic history. She re-enters his life as his love interest this season, working alongside him to avenge a past loss while serving as the story's moral and emotional core. The series, produced by Warner Bros Television and Fox Entertainment with Dempsey among the executive producers, also stars Michael Imperioli and is set to premiere in midseason 2027 on Fox. Golding is known for roles in "The Pitt," "Ransom Canyon" and "The Hunger Games" film series.
