Mike Lee and Darren Yan Unveil ISO, a Next-Generation Management Firm Specializing in Creators, Live Streamers, Gaming and Music
Former UTA and FaZe Clan executives Mike Lee and Darren Yan have launched ISO, a Los Angeles-based management firm for digital creators, livestreamers, gamers and musicians. Backed by Influence Media Partners, the company is built around the founders’ view that internet-native stars need representation designed for online platforms and rapidly changing audiences.
ISO has about 24 employees across Los Angeles, New York and Atlanta and represents more than 90 clients, including PlaqueBoyMax, Ironmouse and RDCWorld. Lee is CEO and Yan leads music; Matt Alsberg, whose past roles include Sony PlayStation, Twitch and UTA, is head of talent. The founders also point to their connections across Asia, including China, as a resource for understanding youth media trends.
