Country singer Miranda Lambert's MuttNation Foundation has partnered again with Tractor Supply Co. to donate $255,000 to animal welfare organisations across the United States. Through the annual Mutts Across America programme, one animal shelter or foster-based rescue in every state receives an unannounced $5,000 grant, with an additional "Wildcard" award going to a Texas shelter in honour of Lambert's Grammy-winning album of the same name. Lambert said the scheme, which offers no application or nomination process, is designed to reward shelter staff for their daily work.

The Mutts Across America initiative was founded more than a decade ago by Lambert's mother, Bev, and has now distributed over $2.5 million to more than 600 shelters, with Tractor Supply on board as a partner since 2021. Beneficiaries this year include California's Marley's Mutts Dog Rescue, New York's ARF Hamptons and Florida's Satchel's Last Resort Animal Shelter/Rescue, among recipients named in all 50 states. Separately, the two organisations' Relief for Rescues Fund, launched in 2023 to help shelters recover from natural disasters, has raised more than $2.2 million and this year supported flood recovery efforts in Texas and Tennessee and tornado relief in Kentucky.
