The state also permits sports betting at retail locations within casinos, with facilities distributed across St Louis, Kansas City and other municipalities. As of September 2026, the Gaming Commission has intensified enforcement actions against unlicensed operators and prediction markets, whilst promoting participation through welcome offers including bonus bets and first-bet matches.
