MLW’s Josh Bishop vows he will be ‘the last man standing’ as he challenges for world title at massive PPV
Josh Bishop says he expects to defeat MLW World Heavyweight Champion Killer Kross in a Last Man Standing match at Saturday Night SuperFight in Chicago. The bout follows a heated feud and could mark Bishop’s first world title win after a strong year in MLW.
Bishop says he has already pinned Kross in a tag match and believes he can keep him down for the required 10-count. Their earlier title match ended with Kross choking Bishop unconscious after using a low blow and putting him through tables and chairs. Kross has held the championship for more than 250 days since winning it at Battle Riot VIII in February; the event is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET at Cicero Stadium and will stream on Veeps.
