‘MobLand’ Actor Mandeep Dhillon to Star in Self-Written Short ‘The Things I Want to Do to You’ Alongside Golda Rosheuvel and Scott Karim (EXCLUSIVE)
Mandeep Dhillon has begun filming a short psychological drama she wrote and will star in, with BAFTA-nominated director Lynette Linton at the helm. The project brings together Dhillon, Golda Rosheuvel and Scott Karim, and launches Dhillon’s production company, Hazy Plant Pictures, with its first production.
The film follows a woman processing a deeply personal violation through provocative fantasies about the man responsible, exploring anger, trauma, revenge and the search for justice. It examines the gap between imagined retaliation and real action, and the anger women may carry in silence. Filming is under way in the UK, with Arabella Coombes, Eisa Latif and Saher Shah also in the cast.
