Ryanair is a low-cost airline that operates flights between the UK and Spain, including to Ibiza, a popular holiday island. On a plane, passengers are expected to remain seated with their seatbelts fastened when the seatbelt sign is on, particularly during descent and landing.
Cabin crew manage safety in the cabin and prepare passengers for landing. If someone disrupts those preparations or becomes violent, the crew may ask for police assistance; police can meet a flight after it lands and deal with the person involved.
