TechCrunch has announced additional side events taking place around its 2026 Disrupt conference in San Francisco. The gatherings extend networking and discussion beyond the conference venue, bringing together founders, investors and technology communities for events ranging from informal drinks to startup and industry meet-ups.

Highlighted events include a gathering featuring 18 South Korean startups on 13 October, a SafetyWing happy hour and Enterprise Ireland’s “Irish Shark Tank” that evening, followed by a Korea–US startup and investor event on 14 October. KOTRA says qualified applicants without a Disrupt ticket may receive complimentary Expo+ passes; another 14 October event hosted by Descope and Skyflow will focus on security, privacy and identity, with food, cocktails and ping pong.
