A fan named Troy Grevelding says a night out at Morgan Wallen's concert at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore was ruined after an intoxicated man allegedly exposed himself and urinated on him and his family. Grevelding claims that when he called local police, they told him no arrest could be made under Maryland law, leaving him stunned at the apparent lack of recourse. The incident, which he described in a widely shared social media post, has drawn attention less for the concert itself and more for the unusual police response he says he received.

Grevelding said he, his wife, brother and young niece were all affected when the man relieved himself on them, with stadium security removing the individual shortly afterwards. He says officers told him it was up to him whether to pursue charges, rather than making an arrest themselves, though the Maryland Transportation Authority Police later located and detained the man outside the venue. Authorities have not released further details about the suspect or confirmed whether any charges will be filed, and it remains unclear what offences, if any, he could face.
