Morgan Wallen's album I'm the Problem has returned to the top of the Billboard 200 chart, more than a year after its release in May 2025 and seven months after it last held the number one spot in January. The comeback came in one of the closest chart races of the year, with Wallen narrowly beating Olivia Rodrigo's You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love and Charli XCX's newly released Music, Fashion, Film. The result underlines Wallen's enduring commercial strength and the continuing popularity of country music, a genre also being driven forward by artists such as Zach Bryan, Luke Combs and Ella Langley.

Wallen's album earned 80,000 units this week, narrowly ahead of Rodrigo's LP, which fell just short of that figure, while Charli XCX's album opened with 78,000 units, a debut similar to that of her previous record, Brat. I'm the Problem has remained in the top 10 continuously since its release, spending 63 weeks on the chart, while Wallen's 2023 album One Thing at a Time also remains in the top 10, at number seven, after 178 weeks. The chart return coincides with the release of Wallen's new single, "Been by Now", with attention now turning to its performance on Monday's Hot 100 chart.
