Muse Entertainment has released a trailer for *Doula: A True Crime*, a three-part Canadian documentary series about Kaitlyn Braun, who allegedly fabricated pregnancies and told more than 40 doulas she had been sexually assaulted and was carrying a stillborn baby. The series will premiere on CBC on 7 October, while Boat Rocker Studios has acquired its international distribution rights and will launch it at MIPCOM Cannes.

Braun, then aged 24, faced 53 criminal charges after doulas who had provided extensive free support began questioning her account and connected with others through a viral TikTok campaign. The documentary includes Braun’s first interview and aims to examine her motives and the harm caused, rather than focusing solely on the case’s sensational aspects; a related CBC and BBC podcast, *Kaitlyn’s Baby*, was released last year.
