Explained simply

My Chemical Romance are an American rock band whose second album, The Black Parade, was released in 2006. It is a concept album: its songs follow a character facing illness and death, and the record became one of the band’s best-known works.

The Billboard 200 ranks albums in the United States using a mix of sales, streaming and other listening activity. Reissues are new versions of older albums, often released with different packaging or formats; this one appeared in many physical editions, including vinyl.
