‘My Little Pony: Forever Friendship’ YouTube Series to Launch in 2027
Hasbro will launch a new “My Little Pony” series, “My Little Pony: Forever Friendship”, exclusively on YouTube in early 2027. The move extends one of the company’s longest-running children’s franchises through a digital-first release, aiming to retain its established themes of friendship, imagination and creativity for contemporary audiences.
Episodes will be nine minutes long and released every two weeks, following Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy on a new adventure. Jenna Weir, Ava Preston, Kayla Samson and Kaya Kanashiro lead the voice cast; Gretchen Mallorie is showrunner and head writer, while Tayhan Mustafa directs. Hasbro developed the programme with Lil Critter Workshop, with artwork contributions from illustrator Nicholas Kole, and has also released a theme track sung by Cali Rodi.
