The Fast and the Furious is a film series about street racing, cars and a changing group of drivers. Tokyo Drift was released in 2006 as its third film, and is set mainly in Tokyo, where drifting — racing through turns while the car slides sideways — is central to the story.
The film stars Lucas Black as Sean, an American teenager who gets caught up in Tokyo’s racing scene. Sung Kang plays Han, a local driver who becomes his friend, while Vin Diesel makes a brief appearance as Dominic Toretto, a central character in the wider series.
