Netflix Spain Adds Films and Docs Curated by Streamer Filmin
Netflix has partnered with Spanish streaming service Filmin to offer members in Spain a monthly collection of films and documentaries selected by Filmin’s editorial team. The deal gives Filmin’s curated titles access to a broader audience while adding themed selections to Netflix.
The first collection, “October Mysteries”, launches ahead of Halloween and includes David Cronenberg’s *The Shrouds* and *Late Night with the Devil* by Colin and Cameron Cairnes. Each new collection will contain 10 licensed titles and arrive on the first day of the month; the previous collection will remain available for one more month. Financial terms were not disclosed.
