New ‘Dungeon Crawler Carl’ Spin-Off Series Officially Announced for 2027

Vault Comics will launch an ongoing Dungeon Crawler Carl comic series in January 2027, expanding the fantasy franchise into comic book stores. It adapts the existing webtoon and gives readers another way to follow Carl and Princess Donut’s adventures as a live-action Peacock adaptation is also in development.

The first issue will be double-sized at 48 pages, with monthly issues after that. Webtoon writer Tevagah and Laurel Pursuit Studios, which provides its artwork, will continue on the comic, joined by artist Kuzomari. Nathan Gooden will draw the main covers, with a range of variant artists also announced.
