New Linkin Park Documentary To Bow This September

Deadline · 2 hours ago

A new documentary about Linkin Park, titled "Unshatter" and directed by band member Joe Hahn, is set for theatrical release on 30 September. Produced with CJ 4DPlex and Trafalgar, and shown in 2D, ScreenX and 4DX formats worldwide, the film traces the band's journey through loss, resilience and reinvention as they returned to the world stage with new members Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain.

The documentary spans footage from early recording sessions in 2022 through to the "From Zero" album era, combining archival material, studio sessions and live performances, including a show in São Paulo, Brazil. A companion live album, "Unshatter (Live From São Paulo)", is due out 25 September, featuring career-spanning tracks and exclusive recordings not included in the film itself. Hahn said he hopes the film resonates both with longtime fans and newcomers as a story about resilience and moving forward through uncertainty.
