Lego has launched an 830-piece collectible set based on the Hail Mary spacecraft from the science-fiction film “Project Hail Mary”. Aimed at adult builders, it recreates the ship as a display model and arrives following the film’s strong box-office performance, extending the franchise into licensed merchandise.
Priced at $99.99, the Lego Icons set includes a working display stand with a hand crank that simulates the spacecraft’s centrifugal-gravity system, plus minifigures of Ryland Grace and the alien Rocky. The completed model measures over 12 inches high, while the film has earned more than $680 million worldwide since its March release and reached Prime Video in July.
