Nickelback have released "Leave Me Behind", the third single from their forthcoming studio album "Everything Under The Sun", due out on 30 October 2026 via Virgin Music Group. Unlike the high-energy lead single "Rattle The Cage", this track takes a more vulnerable, introspective tone, exploring themes of loyalty and supporting a loved one through hardship, with frontman Chad Kroeger describing its central tension between letting go of pain and fearing abandonment.

The song follows "Rattle The Cage" (featuring John 5) and the chart-topping "Bones For The Crows", the band's first new material since 2022's "Get Rollin'". The release comes amid renewed momentum for the Canadian rockers, buoyed by the success of the Netflix documentary "Hate to Love: Nickelback" and their record-breaking "Get Rollin'" world tour. With nearly 60 million albums sold and more than 50 million monthly listeners, Nickelback remain among the world's most commercially successful rock acts.
