Nicole Kidman appears alongside Troye Sivan in the video for his new single, “She’s the Best”, released on Friday. The glamorous, drag-bar-set video reunites the pair after their work on the 2018 film Boy Erased and positions Kidman as Sivan’s muse, while also celebrating drag performers and queer nightlife.

Kidman is shown in black clothing, smoking and dancing as Sivan performs on stage; drag artist Sasha Colby also appears. The song is the title track of Sivan’s forthcoming album, due on 9 October, and he said the video reflects both recent highs and underlying solitude, with femininity as a sustaining influence. It marks Kidman’s return to music videos after appearances with Robbie Williams in 2001 and Pat Wilson in 1983.
