Nike has relaunched the Air Jordan 13 Retro trainer in a new "Wings" colourway, going on sale on Thursday, 6 August at 10am ET/7am PT. The Air Jordan 13 was originally released for the 1997-98 NBA season and was the shoe Michael Jordan wore during his final season with the Chicago Bulls, when he won his sixth championship title, giving the reissue strong nostalgic appeal for sneaker collectors and basketball fans.

The trainers are priced at $215 and available in a black colourway suited to both court play and casual wear, in unisex sizing via Nike.com. They feature premium leather and textile uppers, the "Jumpman" logo and Jordan "Wings" branding on the tongue, a Zoom Air cushioning bubble in each midsole, quilted overlay panelling and a green holographic eye detail at the heel collar. Nike Members qualify for free shipping on orders over $50, while non-members need to spend over $75.
