Australian electronic pop artist Ninajirachi has released a new single, "WannaCry," in collaboration with Porter Robinson, an established figure in computer music who inspired her early career. The track adds to Ninajirachi's growing profile, following her acclaimed album "I Love My Computer" and recognition as one of 2025's best new artists, and comes shortly after a career misstep in which she soundtracked an advert for Meta's AI smart glasses.

The pulsing trance track had already been teased publicly before its official release: it featured in a joint DJ set with underscores at Coachella, and Robinson later played it during his EDC Las Vegas set. Its full release lands ahead of Ninajirachi's upcoming debut performance at Lollapalooza, giving fans a new addition to pair alongside dance classics such as "Better Off Alone."
