No-Man, the art rock duo of Steven Wilson and Tim Bowness, are preparing new material after a seven-year gap since their last release. Bowness says work is underway on a delayed follow-up to 2019’s Love You To Bits, with a return anticipated in 2027.

The duo are still writing and recording, but have developed initial frameworks for two possible album projects. Their work includes Wilson experimenting with Bowness’s solo material, Bowness adding melodies and lyrics to Wilson’s music, and re-recording older No-Man songs; the planned sound is described as ranging from poignant ballads and distorted pop to electronic and darker art-rock elements.
