Noel Gallagher has described his brother Liam as "delightful" — a word he says he "never would have thought" he'd use — as the pair promote their new documentary, Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger. The film, covering the band's 2024 reunion and 2025 "Live '25" tour, premiered at the Venice Film Festival on 5 September, marking the brothers' first public off-stage appearance together since Oasis split in 2009. Noel's comments suggest a genuine and warm reconciliation between the pair, whose famously fractious relationship had kept them apart for 15 years.

Produced by Steven Knight and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, the documentary received four and a half stars from NME, which called it "masterfully done". Noel explained that the "little things" that used to irritate the brothers about each other have faded, saying they now "get along" and "text like normal people". The film gets a limited worldwide cinema release, including IMAX, from 9 September, with a UK premiere at Cineworld Leicester Square on 7 September, before streaming later on Disney+ (and Hulu in the US). Separately, Oasis are reportedly eyeing a 2027 UK and European tour, potentially including Knebworth and a 12-night residency at Manchester's Etihad Stadium.
