Barcelona-born, Brooklyn-based artist Gisela Fullà-Silvestre has released a new single as NOIA, titled "As Per My Last Email," her first new music since her 2023 debut album gisela. The glitchy, avant-club track uses chopped-up vocal effects to capture the exhausting, always-online nature of modern office work, with NOIA describing it as a song about the "slow collapse of hyperfunctionality" and the pressure of being permanently reachable.

The accompanying video, directed by Varya Rootwood and shot in the Bronx last August, features a heavily pregnant Fullà-Silvestre performing office tasks in surreal natural settings, including a forest and a beach, as she moves in increasingly strained, glitched rhythms. Both artists frame the piece as a comment on the blurred line between work and life under "late-stage capitalism." The single is out now via Casa Fulla/Translucent Frequency.
