NONPOINT has released two versions of its new single, “Red Yeti”, ahead of its eleventh studio album, “The Last Word”, which is due on 18 September through the band’s independent label. One version features the band alone, while the other includes Skye Sweetnam of SUMO CYCO; the release signals the group’s next creative phase and supports its forthcoming album campaign.

The album’s first single, “Is It”, was the most-added track at Active Rock radio on release and has reached the Mediabase Active Rock Top 50. Singer Elias Soriano said the new record is intended to reject assumptions that longevity means decline, describing it as heavy and sonically refreshed through new guitarist Jason Zeilstra, added textures such as keys and strings, and more intricate lyricism.
