Olivia Wilde's comedy "Obsession", A24's "The Invite" and Angel Studios' historical drama "Young Washington" all remained in the top ten in their respective tenth, fourth and third weeks of release, underlining sustained audience interest beyond the big blockbuster openings. Angel Studios is also developing a sequel, "1776", building on "Young Washington"'s strong run.

Among the numbers, "Obsession" grossed $3.9 million over the weekend for a $258 million cumulative total, "Young Washington" took $3.7 million for a $41 million cume, and "The Invite" is eyeing $2.5 million with a $15 million cume so far. Magnolia's John Early comedy "Maddie's Secret" passed the $1 million mark in its fifth week, while other titles such as "Gail Daughtry and the Celebrity Sex Pass", "Mary Oliver: Saved by the Beauty of the World" and new limited openings including "The Kidnapping of Arabella" and "Reading Lolita in Tehran" also posted modest but notable results across smaller theatre counts.
