Netflix’s eight-episode mystery miniseries The Residence combines the eccentric humour of Only Murders in the Building with the behind-the-scenes political setting of The West Wing. It follows the investigation into the death of White House Chief Usher A. B. Wynter during a state dinner, while also examining the congressional hearing that follows.
