Paige Bueckers, Azzi Fudd reveal breakup

Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd have revealed they ended their relationship more than a year ago, while appearing together on Fudd’s podcast. The Dallas Wings teammates said they remain friends and professionals, and Bueckers rejected claims that Fudd’s draft selection was linked to their past relationship.

The pair met at a USA Basketball camp in 2017 and later won a national championship together at UConn in 2025. Fudd was selected first overall by Dallas this season, which ended with the Wings posting a 27-17 record and reaching the playoffs; Bueckers averaged 16 points in her playoff debut, while Fudd averaged 13.1 points over 30 games before a season-ending knee injury.
