Garena has announced Palworld Online, an officially licensed MMORPG spin-off of the hit creature-collecting survival game Palworld, due to launch on iOS and Android later this year. The move capitalises on Palworld's renewed popularity and marks a significant expansion of the franchise, taking it into the mobile MMO space for the first time with a mobile-first design rather than a port of the existing PC or console versions.

The mobile title reimagines the original game as a multiplayer experience set in a "seamless open world", featuring a new narrative setting, cooperative progression, PvE encounters, PvP battles and roaming world bosses. It is being developed in partnership with Palworld creator Pocketpair, with Garena – known for mobile titles such as Free Fire and for publishing Call of Duty Mobile – handling development and global operations. Precise launch timing and further details remain unconfirmed, so it is unclear whether this year's release will be a full launch or an early beta.
