Patrick Holland will remain executive chairman and chief executive of Banijay U.K. after Banijay’s $8 billion merger with All3Media. His confirmation provides early clarity over leadership as the newly enlarged production group integrates its British operations, particularly amid questions about distribution and other potential efficiencies.
Holland will report to Banijay Entertainment CEO Marco Bassetti and oversee most of the combined U.K. portfolio, encompassing about 40 labels. The London-headquartered group is jointly owned by Banijay Group and RedBird IMI, each with a 50% stake; Holland joined Banijay U.K. from the BBC in 2022 and has overseen projects including “Half Man”, “House of Guinness” and “Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man”.
