Paul Weller has announced a new live album documenting his 2026 summer tour across the UK and Ireland. The 31-track album, titled In The Shadow Of The Sun, Paul Weller & Band Live & Very Direct, captures what Weller describes as "very special shows" performed at major outdoor venues including Newcastle, Dublin, Liverpool, Halifax, and Scarborough.

The album will be released digitally on 2 October 2026, with physical formats to follow. The setlist spans Weller's entire career, featuring solo material alongside tracks from The Jam and The Style Council, plus a cover of Curtis Mayfield's 'Move On Up'. Weller is next performing at the Royal Albert Hall in December for a Bob Harris tribute concert (2–3 December) alongside Robert Plant and Roger Daltrey.
