Pavement performed "Greenlander" live for the first time in 34 years during a show at Cleveland's Agora Ballroom, part of a short US tour marking a continued small-scale reunion for the band. The song, a rarity originally recorded as an outtake from their 1992 Watery, Domestic EP, had not been played on stage since its brief run in the early 1990s, making its reappearance a notable moment for longtime fans following the tour closely.

The track later appeared on the 1993 charity compilation Born To Choose and among bonus material on Slanted & Enchanted: Luxe & Reduxe, though frontman Stephen Malkmus had aired it at a couple of solo shows the previous year. The same Cleveland set also featured a snippet of Pink Floyd's "Lucifer Sam", which the band repeated in Philadelphia the next night alongside a nod to Faust's "Rainy Day Sunshine Girl". Pavement went on to play "Greenlander" again in Richmond, and the tour is set to conclude with two nights at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, followed by a further appearance at Atlanta's Shaky Knees festival in September.
