Phoebe Bridgers has claimed her first-ever Billboard airplay No. 1 as a solo artist, with "Lost Boys" topping the Adult Alternative Airplay chart dated 29 August. The milestone marks a significant career moment for the singer-songwriter, who had previously reached this peak only as part of the trio boygenius, and comes as she promotes her newly released third studio album.

The track climbed from No. 2 to No. 1 in its eighth week on the chart, shortly after parent album Lost Weekend arrived on 14 August. Bridgers first appeared on Adult Alternative Airplay in 2017 with "Motion Sickness" and had previously peaked at No. 12 as a solo act with "Sidelines" in 2022, while boygenius topped the same chart for seven weeks in 2023 with "Not Strong Enough". "Lost Boys" also rose on Alternative Airplay (23-22) and Rock & Alternative Airplay (21-17), with 2.2 million audience impressions, according to Luminate.
