‘Please Play When GTA 6 Comes Out’: AC Black Flag Resynced Will Add New Features to Keep You Aboard
Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced director Richard Knight has confirmed that Ubisoft Singapore plans further post-launch support for the recently released remake, including bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements, though no formal roadmap has been announced. Speaking in a video interview, Knight also made a light-hearted appeal for players to stick with the pirate adventure once GTA 6 launches, acknowledging that competing for players' attention against such a major release is a tall order.
Among the changes in development is a New Game Plus mode, though Knight could not give a release timeframe. The team is also working on letting players hide the blowpipe weapon, which currently remains visible on Edward's back even when not equipped, a frequent player complaint, as well as adding the catch ledge mechanic seen in Assassin's Creed Shadows. Knight suggested side objectives for missions could potentially be added too, though this remains unconfirmed.
