Police concerned over disappearance of Rotherham man, 26
South Yorkshire Police have launched an appeal for a missing 26-year-old man named Shabaan who disappeared from the Maltby area of Rotherham on Sunday morning. The man, described as dual heritage with a height of approximately 5ft 8ins, bald head and beard, was last spotted at 11:30am wearing a grey and black Nike top and shorts.
Police have stated they are increasingly concerned about Shabaan's wellbeing and are seeking public assistance in locating him. Investigators believe he may have travelled to the Nottinghamshire area. Members of the public with any information are urged to contact South Yorkshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 537 from July 12, 2026.
