Power Trip Release First New Music Since Passing of Singer Riley Gale: Stream
Power Trip, a Texas thrash-metal band, have released their first new music since frontman Riley Gale's death in 2020. The double single "Precinct 3" / "Scavenger" marks a significant milestone for the band, which has continued with new singer Seth Gilmore and recorded these tracks honouring their late frontman.
The tracks were recorded at Empire Sound in Texas and co-produced by Jacob Hansen and guitarist Blake Ibanez. Nearly a decade has passed since Power Trip's last album, Nightmare Logic (2017), and the band is working on a full-length album expected in Spring 2027.
