Game Freak’s action RPG Beast of Reincarnation is now available to pre-order, with buyers receiving in-game bonus content before its August release. The offer matters because it gives prospective players a cosmetic option for companion wolf Koo and in-game currency, while physical editions are available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

The standard edition costs $60, while the $70 PlayStation 5 Deluxe Edition adds Black and Brown Shiba skins for Koo, an Oni’s Hat and Big Dipper sword for protagonist Emma, 100,000 Amber and vegetable seedlings. Set 2,000 years in the future in a post-apocalyptic Japan, the game follows Emma and Koo as they confront the Blight, using a mix of real-time action and command-based combat; it launches on 4 August.
