Purest Form, the band formed by Fury's Madison Woodward, have announced a new EP called Resistance and confirmed their signing to Dais Records. The announcement comes alongside the release of lead single "Animal", which arrives with a music video paying homage to Ministry's "Over The Shoulder" and addressing themes of surveillance and freedom. Vocalist Story Beeson directed the video and described the EP as a reaction to the current political climate, framing the project as both a defiant statement and a call for unity.

Resistance is a six-track EP featuring "Animal", "Break", "Beyond Terror", "Move", "Bass Resistance" and "Breathe", due for release on 4 September via Dais Records, with pre-orders now open. The band will support the EP with a run of shows and festival appearances later in the year, including Cold Waves festivals in Austin and Chicago, Darker Waves Festival in Orange County, and a Los Angeles date alongside Fiddlehead and Pity Sex.
