Explained simply
Queens Of The Stone Age are an American rock band formed in California in the 1990s. The group is known for its heavy, guitar-led sound, and its line-up has changed over the years, with singer and guitarist Josh Homme remaining a central member.
The band’s ninth studio album is the latest in a career spanning several decades. Their concerts bring together older songs and newer material, while changes in stage production can affect how that music is presented live.
A world tour is a series of concerts across several countries and regions. European dates matter to fans who want to see the band without travelling farther afield; the band has not announced any UK shows.
