Queens Of The Stone Age on 2027 tour plans: “We’re going to do something that’s beyond what we’ve ever done before”
Queens Of The Stone Age have teased that their 2027 tour will take their live shows in a new direction, with Josh Homme promising “something that’s beyond what we’ve ever done before”. The plans follow the band’s more stripped-back and theatrical ‘Catacombs’ performances, which Homme said had changed the group and left them wanting to keep experimenting.
The band have announced North American and European dates, with a UK leg expected, and will showcase their ninth album, ‘Perfecth’, released on 30 October. Homme described the group as entering a “third act”, focused on exploring uncertainty and seeking peace; the album follows 2023’s ‘In Times New Roman’ and includes ‘Where The Goth Girls At?’, ‘Insignificant Other’ and ‘Easy Street’.
